Our Dolls, Outfits and Accessories are designed by us and manufactured in Japan, China, Taiwan, Romania and USA.
Carpatina Dolls are made in compliance with the child safety rules and regulations and they are free of lead paint and free of latex.
We are making available the results for the vinyl and paint tests:
Designs and Photography are the property of Carpatina LLC and can not be used or reproduced without prior permission.

If you would like to re sell our dolls you must have a store front or a website and we will require your Fed ID No. or Sales Tax ID No.
At this time we require pre payment for all orders and a valid credit card on file.

Product ships from our warehouse in Hooksett, NH with UPS ground.
Drop Shipping:
As of March, 2008 we will offer drop shipping to retailers that wish to sell our line on their websites.
To qualify for our drop ship rates, must have an account with Carpatina - need full details about your business, website, complete address, Fed Tax ID, a valid CC
Below are the rules for drop shipping:
~ Shipping 3 times a week (Monday, Wednesday and Friday).
~ Orders must be received by 3:00 PM prior to shipping day in order to be shipped the next day otherwise they will be shipped the following shipping day
~ Prepayments are required for all orders.
~ $5.00 processing & handling fee for each order and $1.00/ each item for warehouse fulfillment fees (examples: 2 items per shipment will cost $7.00, 3 items will be $8.00 and so on)
~ We ship by USPS Priority Mail with Delivery Confirmation for doll outfits (rates are $4.95 s&h for 1-2 outfits, $6.95 for 3-5 outfits) and we ship by UPS everything over 3 Lb. weight ( rates are $10.95 for 1 doll, $14.95 for Doll Trunk).
~ We don't ship First Class or Fed Ex at this time
~ We ship Expedited at customer requests and for additional charges according to weight and destination
~ We also ship internationally with USPS Priority Air Mail only rates should be calculated based on weight and destination.
~ Returns will come back to us or back to vendor
~ Cost of product will be refunded - s&h charges and fees are not refundable

The photography from this website it is © Carpatina LLC and it can be used by an authorized retailer on their own website if it is associated with selling the respective product.
Our policy allows retailers to sell on the E-Bay market but using their own photographs. Items should be properly labeled as manufactured by Carpatina.
A copy of our original images can be used for E-Bay listings as reference only but it can not exceed 2" width or 4" height at 72 dpi resolution.

Beautiful Packaging:
* Dolls come packed in sturdy, colorful boxes that display and stack easily. Each doll box comes individually packed in a shipping box - just stick
a shipping label on it and it is ready to be mailed. This feature allows your customers to buy a doll at your store and have it mailed immediately without having to find an appropriate size shipping box.
* Outfits are packaged in cellophane clear bags printed with the item name and number and with a J-hook at top which allows you to display the bags on slat walls or hooks.

Merchandising Tips:
* To truly appreciate these hairloom-quality play dolls, they need to be invitingly displayed.
Position them at a girl's eye level so that she and her parent can view them together.
* Create thematic dioramas for in-store conversation starters.
* Designate a dress-up area. put out a couple of dolls, along with an array of outfits and accessories and let kid's imagination run wild.
