Returns and Exchange:

If you are not happy with everything you receive, please return it for a full credit, exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

** Unfortunatelly, we do not accept returns on the Peasant Blouses.

For cloaks and other costumes we have a restocking fee of $25.00 and you may return the item only if it is in perfect condition just as received.
Custom made items are not returnable.

Swatches can be sent only after an order is confirmed and deposit is payd.Note: product must be returned in original packaging and in the exact shape as received.
Return original receipt if possible.

Items that are Not Returnable:
• Items that were damaged as a result of mishandling or wear.
• Items purchased through a third party reseller.
